Onsite Lead/ Recruiter Electro-Tech Staffing 708 S Glenwood Ave Ste 304, Dalton, GA 30721 Job Summary Electro Tech Staffing (ETS) has an open position for On-site lead/Recruiter. This position requires critical thinking skills and attention to detail. This person will cooperate with the office manager in recruiting and office admin tasks. This person will also support and handle the Onsite and the temp employees issues with maturity and professionalism in mind. When managing the Onsite they will be communicating and working with the Manager and home office to better help the temp associates. This person will be representing the home office onsite and will need a certain level of professionalism. •
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
•Training is available. Job Duties Support office manager in all aspects of processing orders and managing the onsite with the temp associates. Talent acquisition – using online platforms and traditional offline methods. Answering phones and courteous customer service to the people walk-in Record attendance daily and send report to home office. Check-in new hires through orientation process. Supervise onsite workers to always be wearing PPE and follow safety guidelines. Give disciplinary actions to employees, record incident reports, and voice any employee concerns to the corresponding authority. Maintain employees time clock information and submit to payroll office for processing.
Job requirements:
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and employment/background check Must be Bilingual (Spanish) Relevant experience preferred Experienced in Excel and Outlook Strong Work Ethic. Strong oral and written communication skills Problem solving skills
