The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Duties Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and introduce them to job opportunities. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding of new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in employee relations initiatives as needed. Skills Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of human resources practices, including employment labor law compliance. Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing employee data. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively. Ability to handle employee relations matters professionally and sensitively. A proactive approach to recruiting with a focus on finding the right talent for the organization.
