Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the search process for the full life-cycle of assigned engineering searches – from intake, sourcing, interviewing, debrief and selection, to offer recommendation and presentation Develop and execute creative strategic sourcing strategies to attract passive and active engineering candidates Source and build robust talent pools by leveraging diverse and innovative channels Partner with hiring managers to create compelling recruitment marketing strategies Collaborate with colleagues and site leadership teams to understand their specific talent needs and provide recruitment solutions for their engineering functions Manage and analyze recruitment metrics, offering insights and recommendations to improve the hiring process Educate the internal teams and business partners on trends in the external labor market, competitive total rewards insights, talent availability, and other key factors that impact recruitment strategies and decision making Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR project initiatives and committees Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines Responsible for compiling and presenting weekly recruiting reports, analyzing key metrics to assess, and creating recruiting strategies to fill positions effectively. Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies, interview procedures, and legal compliance Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system Continuously strive for improvements in recruitment efficiencies, such as reducing time-to-fill and enhancing candidate satisfaction Attend meetings, conferences and seminars to gain additional knowledge and effectively leverage in daily work Facilitate and lead New Hire Orientation sessions, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally combining third-party and corporate search, with a preference for recruiting engineers or another highly specialized area Strong relationship-building skills and experience providing high-touch consultation to leadership at every level Track record of gaining a deep understanding of the business lines supported Proficient in using Workday applicant tracking system Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other sourcing & social media platforms In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations and OFCCP compliance Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions with tact and professionalism Proven ability to work in a matrixed and geographically disbursed environment Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Ability to travel 40% of the time Hybrid work model, this position requires 3 days a week in the office and work remotely on the other days.
