Now Recruiting!!! Experienced Recruiter / Sales! Westaff is currently looking for a strong team player for a small but busy office. Pay, $18hr DOE with advancement and bonus opportunities. In this role, you are expected to establish relationships with candidates to identify their best qualities and the ways they may be used in clientpanies. A key element of this job is maintaining knowledge of firm-specific roles and requirements. Success in this position is demonstrated by maintaining an uninterrupted supply of high-quality candidates to organizations.

Job Requirement:

Makes cold calls to potential clients
Attends meetings with client to orient and update on job duties
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Speaking to the public & clients withpassion and confidence
Browses through multiple resumes to single out potential hires
Establishes working relationships with applicants
Coordinates with client firms to understand specific job positions and requirements
Generates leads to potential employees
Designs hiring strategies to attract candidates
Publishes job ads
Conducts interviews
Assist answering multiline phone
Relay information effectively
Use Outlook and Microsoft office
Training & use in CRM
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Experience Equivalent Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Prior experience in staffing and recruiting or similar roles
4 years of Microsoft & Office experience
Ability to multi-task
