Landmark Hospitals is looking for a dedicated clinical recruiter to focus primarily on RN and Respiratory Therapist hiring for our 6 hospitals. We average 15 clinical hires a month across the system and need a partner to coordinate, drive and accelerate our onboarding of qualified candidates in very tough healthcare markets. The Clinical Recruiter’ s key focus is to find, screen, and hire qualified nursing and other clinical professionals to meet the staffing needs of the healthcare organization. They act as a liaison between healthcare facilities and nursing staff, ensuring organizations have the necessary nursing staff to meet patient needs. This involves developing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. If this is your passion, give us a call! Essential Duties for the Clinical Recruiter Sourcing and screening qualified candidates to join our team of highly skilled clinicians Fill open staffing needs in a timely manner through networking, leveraging industry organizations, social media campaigns, and searching resume databases Maintaining up-to-date job postings and managing the budget for sponsored ads Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle by providing timely responses and dispositions to candidates Effectively communicate the level of care and skills needed in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital, and market the benefits of working at Landmark Hospitals specifically Reporting and analysis to manage recruiting metrics, trends, and effectiveness Collaborate with and support the hiring managers by driving the candidates through the process and encourage hiring managers to rapidly make decisions on candidates Develop new pipelines of candidates (schools, converting travelers, etc.) Assist in developing onboarding programs that will retain candidates once onboarded Required Experience and Education Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 2 years of clinical recruiting experience Nursing or Respiratory Therapist license (preferred) About us : Landmark Hospitals is a privately owned hospital system with locations in Georgia, Missouri, and Florida.
