This is an on-site position located at our Mid-City headquarters. No remote or hybrid applications will be considered, preference to local applicants. Position Overview We are seeking energetic, positive individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support hiring managers in meeting leadership and facilitation related to recruitment. Conduct initial screening interviews and assist in making hiring decisions. Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to source and engage potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring teams to streamline the recruitment process and ensure timely hiring. Learn and develop skills in recruiting strategies and process improvements.

Skills needed to win:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and self-motivated , with a willingness to take initiative and learn Coffee drinkers preferred, tea drinkers accepted
