Staffing Recruiter Job Description:

The qualified candidates would participate in hiring and assignment process for candidates. The ideal person will work in an office setting with the ability to prioritize and successfully maintain without constant supervision. Will be responsible for meeting candidates and reviewing applicants in person. Requirements

• Must be able to work as a team in a small office environment
• Ability to recruit in light industrial fields, General Labor, Clerical, Machine operators etc.
• Must have experience handling and solving situations that may arise.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Willingness to promote the company in a positive and professional manner.
• Communicate clearly to candidates and clients
• Bilingual – Spanish/English is a plus!

Necessary Skills:

Professional phone etiquette Ability to gain industry leads Strong Communications skills

• Strong Administrative Skills
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Sterling, TempServ, SAP) and MS Office
• Ability to juggle multiple applicants at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
