Presently our network stretches across 25 sites throughout the United States in 15 states.
Main Objective:
The primary objective of the AI Trainer is to optimize performance within our Patient Recruitment AI platform to increase operational efficiency, reduce patient attrition due to AI-related issues, and drive higher patient scheduling rates across active studies.
The Right Candidate will:
Workflow Management Proactively identify and rescue patients (leads) at risk of being lost due to misrouted workflows, stalled engagement, or system gaps—ensuring every qualified lead has a path to scheduling. Prioritize and update patient statuses in internal AI platforms to maximize follow-up efficiency. Actively monitor and troubleshoot for unexpected or suboptimal AI behaviors, escalating or adjusting as needed for resolution Campaign Implementation & Optimization Accurately input and configure new study campaigns within internal AI platforms. Complete onboarding documentation for each new study. Tailor study scripts to align with AI agent capabilities and patient engagement best practices. Site Setup & Integration Set up and activate each study site within internal AI platforms. Ensure seamless integration and active data sync with CRIO for all participating sites. Schedule Availability Monitoring Monitor scheduling slot availability in internal platforms across all sites to ensure patients have adequate options for booking. Proactively address any gaps in availability that may hinder conversion or scheduling flow. Performance Tracking & Reporting Generate and deliver a daily performance report, including: Number of new leads in a verity of AI platforms Number of visits scheduled Number of pre-qualifications Number of disqualified (DNQ) patients Lead-to-schedule conversion rate Connection rates and AI engagement effectiveness Identification of patterns or trends impacting campaign performance Skills Needed to
Win:
Familiarity with AI platforms, automated workflows, and troubleshooting Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data dashboards Analytical mindset with a keen eye for trends and patterns Strong written and verbal communication skills (expand to include Client communications) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Creative problem solving Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, or healthcare operations a plus but not required
Qualifications:
B.S or B.A from any accredited university preferred Previous Research or Clinical and Medical experience is not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish is not required but a plus A great, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn are more important than experience to us Coffee drinkers preferred.
