Corporate Recruiter Summary :

This role is essential in attracting and retaining the talent needed to deliver on our mission while minimizing unnecessary overtime and agency expenses. Volare Health’s portfolio consists of long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers located in multiple states. Location :

Hybrid (will consist of travels 3-4 days per week in the state of LA)

Pay :

$65K – $75K (DOE)(Salaried)

Essential Functions:

Coordinate and conduct recruitment and hiring activities, including proactive sourcing, consulting with hiring managers, conducting and scheduling interviews, etc. Maintain clear lines of communication with candidates and hiring managers. Lead offer discussions accordingly. Utilize multiple recruitment resources to develop a steady applicant flow of qualified candidates for our facilities. Assist in identifying and overcoming staffing challenges, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Attend job fairs, conferences, schools, and other marketing opportunities for recruitment. Support facilities in overcoming obstacles related to staffing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry. (SNF/LTC highly preferred) Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with the corporate HR team, hiring managers, and candidates. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. (ADP preferred) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
