Construction, Housing, Real Estate Description Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role plays a critical part in proactively identifying qualified candidates – both active and passive – through strategic sourcing, headhunting, and cold outreach. By partnering with hiring managers and aligning recruitment strategies with business needs, the Senior Recruiter ensures timely, high-quality hires while promoting a strong employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Own the entire recruitment process from job intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding. Aggressively source passive candidates through headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other proactive tactics. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to fill critical, hard-to-fill, and senior-level roles. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and position requirements. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by building relationships and providing timely communication throughout the process. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Continuously improve sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes to increase efficiency and quality of hire. Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion rates, etc.) and provide regular updates to leadership. Promote the company’s employer brand across digital platforms, networking events, and candidate interactions. Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Network with technical schools and universities on developing recruitment programs to attract an applicant pool for open positions for all HCSG locations. Perform other duties and projects assigned by leadership in alignment with the evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications:

10+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing and cold calling Proven track record of success in headhunting and engaging passive candidates Experience in a high-volume hiring environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) Knowledge of various state and federal laws Understand the importance of confidentiality Education and/or Experience Required at

Entry:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Skills, Abilities, Special Licenses or Certificate:

Strong cold calling and outbound sourcing abilities to uncover hidden talent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Strategic mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach to solving hiring challenges Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort with data analysis and using recruiting metrics to guide decisions Collaborative team player Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience Must be able to pass Drug/alcohol screening and background check Preferred Qualifications Master’s Level Degree with a concentration in Human Resources or related field PHR/SPHR or
