Weeks Shift:

8hr Days 8a-4.30p or 9a-5.30p 40hour guarantee Plan, design and implement an effective talent acquisition process for management, exempt and non-exempt staff within Berkshire Health Systems. Additional Requirements Demonstrated evidence of strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner. Ability to work independently in a busy office setting. Proven ability to deal effectively with conflict situations. Excellent organizational skills. Basic mathematical skills and computer skills. Performance consistent with high level of customer service standards. Functional ability to utilize computer software applications required. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

3 years in Human Resources Department with focus on extensive interviewing experience and with demonstrated decision making responsibilities preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws/regulations preferred Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience in Human Resources or employment services considered Candidate must have their own vehicle for this need
