Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide ongoing support and training for staff as needed. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates. Previous RNs, LPNs, and CNAs must have active licenses in the state of Massachusetts. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using computer systems for documentation. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. CPR/BLS Certification.
