We also have continuous coaching andguidance once you join our team. This is a commission-drivenposition with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of yourproduction.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships withclients, hiring managers, and job candidates Partner with clientsto assist in filling urgent position(s) Connect clients withqualified candidates resulting in placements Proficient use ofrecruiting tools and materials Cold call, qualify, screen and prepcandidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiationof job offers Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistentlyperform high outbound activity to source clients and candidatesMust be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Actwith integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset Effectivenegotiation skills A degree is preferred but not requiredSuccessful completion of gpac training and all trainingrequirements This is an excellent opportunity for someone who hasan entrepreneurial mindset, is goal-oriented, has a competitivespirit, and thrives on the opportunity to have unlimited earningpotential in a commission-driven position. Basesalary pay begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly).In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which canrange from $40k to $500k annually. Commissions are not capped.
