USD/hour Employment Type:
Full-Time | Fully remote | Contract (6 months) A Day in the Role You will: Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and management roles across the region. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates. Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations. Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Attend networking events, career fairs, and conferences to build talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring regulations. Provide timely updates and insights to business leaders on hiring progress and market trends.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles 2+ years of high-volume healthcare recruiting (40-60 hires/month) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders and candidates Strategic thinker with a high sense of urgency and adaptability
