Job Description
Description The recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team and will execute effective recruiting strategies through advanced relationship management, drive processes, and key market insights to influence and lead search strategy. This individual will act as a talent advisor and thought leader to our business partners and offer a great experience to candidates and hiring managers. Responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities for all clinical and management positions across a region. This includes sourcing top talent, conducting thorough screenings, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and managing offer negotiations to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Collaborate with functional teams to create and build sourcing strategies. Utilize recruitment strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers. Manage and utilize a variety of sourcing strategies including but not limited to online job boards, social media, networking, advertising, diversity outreach, email blasts, referrals, and internal transfer/promotion. Build our talent pipeline by continuously sourcing and recruiting candidates for current and future corporate needs. Attend networking events to build contacts and source new talent; events may include career fairs, professional conferences, and college visits. Conduct pre-screening, present candidates to hire managers, coordinate interviews and travel, and support all parties during the selection process. Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions professionally and timely and assisting/coordinating any other candidate needs. Build and maintain business partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders by scheduling routine meetings, discussing and evaluating recruiting strategy, and providing weekly updates. Ensure regulatory aspects of the corporate recruitment process are compliant with Company policy and federal and state legislation. Build and develop relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, and leads. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the corporate recruitment process. Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and effectively manage competing priorities. Remain current on the latest industry trends, talent acquisition tools, and share best practices with the TA team. Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Think strategically and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 2 years high volume (40-60/month) healthcare recruiting experience Minimum of 5 years’ recruiting experience for a variety of different roles Experience providing a high level of customer service with a proven ability to partner with business leaders Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of team Proficient in Microsoft and other software applications, including internet and technology-based recruiting solutions Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and can respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
