Key Responsibilities Managefull-cycle recruiting process from initial client request to successfulplacement Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiplechannels including job boards, social media, and professional networksBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand theirstaffing needs and workplace culture Conduct professional interviews andskills assessments to ensure quality matches Develop and maintain apipeline of qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positionsMonitor employee performance and maintain regular communication withboth clients and placed candidates Research and develop new businessopportunities within the local market Create and maintain accuraterecords of all recruiting and placement activities Ensure compliancewith employment regulations and staffing industry standardsQualifications Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented withexceptional organizational capabilities Ability to multitask andprioritize in a fast-paced environment No previous staffing experienceis required – we’re happy to train the right person.
