What We Offer Motivated and high performing culture Paid Holidays, PTO, and 401(k) Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance options provided Work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do Company wellness incentives About the Role Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables Recruiting for Sales, Retail, Call Center, and Production Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including, but not limited to sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying top candidates, submitting candidates for review, sending official offers, etc. Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams, consult with hiring managers to determine selection process and next steps Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of their status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices Key Qualifications A positive, winning can-do attitude Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role High-volume recruitment to include sales, hospitality, food and beverage, and marketing representative hiring- preferred Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus).
