Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Job Responsibilities of the Recruiter Interview and follow-up with job candidates Coordinate with client companies to ensure hiring needs are met Contact hiring managers with most placeable candidates Oversee and support associates working at client sites Participate in general office team responsibilities Qualifications of the Recruiter 1•2 years of sales or customer service experience Proficient with MS Office Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude Strong ability to follow-up and follow through Excellent communication and time management skills Interest in learning all aspects of the recruiting business High school diploma/GED (College is helpful but not required) Must have own vehicle and be able to pass a background check Prior sales experience is helpful but not required
