Summary:
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, source, and hire qualified individuals, ensuring a positive candidate experience while developing strong internal relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Familiarity with recruiting tools like Applicant Tracking Systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience as an in-house recruiter at a professional services organization. Ability to manage candidate data and generate reports.
Responsibilities:
Develop partnerships with hiring managers for recruitment needs. Lead the end-to-end hiring process including strategy meetings and candidate development. Co-lead internship programs and assist with job fairs. Manage new hire orientation sessions and prepare paperwork. Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics.
