Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified individuals to fill open positions. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the talent acquisition specialist will play a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the organization has the right people in place to achieve its goals. Acting as an ambassador, this individual will lead efforts to ensure a positive candidate experience while developing strong internal relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.

Position Tech Etch as an Employer of Choice by attracting the best talent: Develop and build strong partnerships with hiring managers to address recruitment needs and bring talent into the business functions. Source, engage, screen, and interview candidates to present to hiring managers. Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including strategy kickoff meetings, providing market insights, enhancing job descriptions, sourcing and candidate development, candidate outreach, engagement with employee referrals, management of contingency/temp agency relationships, partnering with internal candidates, offer development and negotiations, references, and background checks. Co-lead annual internship program with local schools & colleges, collaborating with internal partners. Source and assist with job fairs and other effective candidate sourcing opportunities including social media and virtual venues. Work with Marketing to ensure the Tech Etch careers website landing page has appropriate content, appropriate and appealing stories, and campaigns to ensure the website is updated and an active portal of information. Execute and manage all aspects of the candidate life cycle and interview processes for internal and external candidates. Manage and conduct weekly new hire orientation sessions. Prepare new hire paperwork. Establish and enhance connections with professional affiliations, community associations, and other organizations to build and diversify talent pipelines in partnership with our Inclusion and Belonging, internship, and co-op initiatives. Own and maintain the applicant tracking system, including document management, systems integration, and recruiting metrics/dashboard. Participate in ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed. Competencies Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally in-house at a professional services organization. Hands-on experience with the entire recruitment life cycle. Client-focused with demonstrated experience collaborating with and coaching managers. Proactive with superior attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow up and follow through. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with recruiting tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems and/or LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to manage candidate data, track recruitment activities, and generate reports. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional overtime as deemed by management and production needs. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. This role is based in Plymouth, MA with 1 remote day/week..
