Position Overview Snapchef is seeking a flexible, motivated, and results-driven Culinary Recruiter to help us find, attract, and onboard top culinary talent to meet both client and operational needs. This role is essential to keeping Snapchef’s high standards by ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles, quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to travel between multiple locations for interviews, meetings, and other recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, culinary schools, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for culinary skill and culture fit. Coordinate and facilitate pre-hire assessments, onboarding, and training sessions. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure seamless placement. Maintain an active pipeline of culinary talent for various client locations. Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity and success rates. Travel between multiple Snapchef locations to conduct interviews, attend meetings and events and meet with internal teams as needed. Attend job fairs, hiring events, and outreach initiatives to grow Snapchef’s candidate pool. Promote Snapchef’s brand, mission, and career pathway opportunities in all recruitment efforts. Qualifications 2+years of recruitment experience, preferably in the culinary, hospitality, or staffing industries. Knowledge of culinary roles and kitchen operations strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using applicant tracking systems, virtual meeting platforms, and other recruitment tools. Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and software. Ability to assess skill levels and make thoughtful placement recommendations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus).
