Operating hours forthe department are from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday with a schedulethat fluctuates upon completion of training. This is a busy office andthe right candidate will possess the skills to accurately process dataand communicate effectively with potential candidates for interpretingopportunities. You’ll work alongside our amazing Recruiting team toassist with making thoughtful, efficient hires while streamlining theonboarding process for new interpreters. Any experience in recruiting,sales or a call center is helpful but not required as we are willing totrain the right individual.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
Coordinate hiring activities Undertakeclerical duties (e.g. answering emails, updating spreadsheets) Assistwith resume and initial phone screens Schedule interviews and maintaincalendars for all hiring teams and candidates Maintain candidatedatabase Assess and process records and documentation Resolve issuesquickly and with care (e.g. interview cancellations) Assist withnew-hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, follow-up calls, etc.)Full-cycle recruitment Collaboration with hiring teams tomaintain/update a recruitment needs spreadsheet Other tasks as assignedby the
