Duties Include:
Recruiting Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries. Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent. Align candidate skills and career goals with available job opportunities to ensure the best possible match. Conduct reference checks and background screenings in accordance with company and client requirements. Keep detailed and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare candidates for interviews and provide consistent communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. Stay current on labor market trends, industry developments, and local hiring activity. Support recruitment and sales initiatives, including job fairs, hiring events, and internal team meetings. Sales Coordination Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to understand their hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client staffing needs. Assist in negotiating service agreements, pricing, and contract terms. Accurately track sales activity, leads, and client communications. Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on industry trends to remain competitive in the marketplace. Support the planning and execution of recruitment and business development events. Administrative & Reporting Process employee payroll and ensure timely submission of all documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations. Manage injury reports and assist with incident documentation as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
