Description The Recruitment Coordinator in the Office of Graduate Admissions plays a vital role in supporting UNE’s graduate and professional programs by planning, coordinating, implementing, and participating in strategic recruitment and marketing initiatives aimed at attracting a diverse, talented, and mission-aligned graduate student population. Coordinate and collaborate with the Director of Graduate Admissions, Assistant Director of WCHP Recruitment, and all Graduate Admissions Coordinators to achieve targeted enrollment numbers.
Lead the implementation and management of Graduate Admissions social media sites.
Oversee the use of department technology to collect and report data and to implement communication workflows.
Coordinate the publication of admissions marketing materials and update existing materials to ensure they remain current, including Graduate Admissions website maintenance and content development.
Research, plan, and execute recruitment travel schedules, special admissions events, and assist with marketing campaigns targeting specific groups.
Assist in analyzing recruitment goals through data-driven reports.
Organize and coordinate recruitment mailings, including purchasing lists to reach test takers, professional organizations, and current inquiries.
Coordinate and facilitate outreach to UNE graduate students.
Coordinate and facilitate outreach to other colleges and universities with pre-health programs.
Create, implement, and collaborate with administrative staff to manage all communication flows for outreach to inquiries for all graduate programs.
Maintain and update the inventory of marketing and recruitment materials, including signage, publications, and promotional items.
Provide campus tours to visitors as a backup for department tour guides.
Perform other duties as needed to support the Office of Graduate Admissions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, with one or more years of related experience desirable, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills acquired.
Excellent reading, writing, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with prospective graduate students, college career counselors, faculty advisors, students, staff, alumni, and other stakeholders.
Experience with group presentations, sales, and customer service.
Clear understanding of the educational goals and objectives of the institution, as well as its specific graduate and professional programs.
Advanced typing and data entry skills, with experience using computerized information systems.
Ability to travel as needed.
Valid driver’s license required.
