What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialists, you help to build the highly skilled, extremely compassionate, dedicated teams that improve the lives of our guests and their families. Your expertise and understanding of the unique staffing needs of long-term care facilities will be instrumental in recruiting, hiring and retaining the talent that achieves our business objectives and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will work more than 50% of the time at one or more facilities and 25% or more of the time in the community recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical team members (e.g. RN’s, LPN’s, Certified Nursing Assistants, managers, coordinators, etc). + Support the needs of one or more care centers throughout the talent acquisition life-cycle to attract, hire, onboard and retain talent + Research and develop community-based relationships with colleges, vocational, and high schools to promote healthcare careers within our facilities + Collaborate with hiring partners to understand business objectives, develop tailored recruiting strategies and drive recruiting activity for the center(s) + As the subject matter expert, advise, train and influence partners and stakeholders regarding recruitment strategy, process optimization, candidate experience and technologies including the applicant tracking system + Cultivate active and passive candidate pools through sourcing, community partnerships, social media, marketing, employee referrals, etc. + Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for long-term care roles + Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending offersPartners with HR Assistants to ensure the completion of applicant and new-hire documentation, screening and background requirements and other tasks through
