In this role, you will work under the guidance of the General Manager and HR Manager to manage the full recruitment process for caregivers in local offices and regions. Your responsibilities will include developing recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, performing background checks, making hiring decisions, negotiating offers, and managing the onboarding process. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and employee support, while ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey. Duties Collaborate with GM and the HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and cold calling. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Be responsible for “time to fill” expectations on open positions Establish and execute proactive recruitment strategy to support anticipated business growth. Prioritize critical needs positions and ensure timely staffing of those roles. Skills Strong understanding of talent management principles and employee relations practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment. 2 years experience in recruitment required.
