Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Medicare Market Strategist on market changes, new health plans, and health plan expansions to target agents in those regions. Talent Sourcing and Outreach Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new Medicare agents Leverage job boards and social media platforms to build a strong candidate pool. Cold-outreach potential candidates via phone call and email. Candidate Screening Conduct initial interviews with candidate agents. Educate candidates on the Medicare industry, earning potential, and agency support structure. Qualify candidates based on licensing status and experience. Identify and recommend Lasting Mark team placement for new agents. Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and pipeline status. Track conversion rates to identify most effective strategies. Provide periodic reports to recruiting status and goals Coordinate with the recruiting team to follow up with agents after Meet the Partners. Key Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in a cold-call setting Excellent resourcefulness to find solutions to issues Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems. Proficient with computer systems and the ability to learn new or updated software. Ability to handle challenging people and diffuse situational problems Knowledge of contracting processes and agent services
