The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools to attract top talent. This position requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws, proficiency in applicant tracking, and the ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit within the organization. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Provide training development support for new recruiters and assist in enhancing recruitment processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruiting efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven record of hiring for technical and skilled labor roles Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations. Excellent research skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various channels. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred — equivalent work experience in recruiting, HR, or manufacturing talent acquisition will also be considered.
