Strength in using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Linkedin, and Careerbuilder is a must. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for sales roles and trades such as welding, automotive, and manufacturing. This position is hybrid and based in the KC market. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This position requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment process, ensuring that we find the right fit for both candidates and the company. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications to match them with suitable positions. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos). Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals for future opportunities. Utilize research techniques to identify passive candidates and lead generation strategies for talent acquisition. Support employee relations initiatives by providing insights on hiring trends and workforce planning. Skills Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices. Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Workday or Paychex for managing candidate data. Experience in talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Familiarity with employee relations practices to support a positive workplace culture. Ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates effectively.
