BASIC FUNCTION

Provide full cycle recruiting and works with health care leaders and HR to determine hiring requirements. Partners with hiring managers to identify, attract, recruit and select qualified candidates within the health care industry. Analyzes hiring metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improved quality of hire. Recommends process improvements to reduce time to fill metric. Align recruitment practices to employment branding. Ensures compliance with EEO, FCC and AAP requirements.

II. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Source and recruit healthcare professionals and staff across multiple specialties. 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens. 3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 4. Extend offers to candidates and negotiating terms of employment. 5. Stay up to date with the latest healthcare industry trends and hiring practices. 6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 7. Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships. 8. Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system. 9. Conduct and attend job fairs, seminars, and conferences to build organizational brand. 10. Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers. 11. All other duties as assigned.

III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. 2. Two plus (2+) years of healthcare recruitment or equivalent work-related experience required. 3. Previous experience in healthcare recruitment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. 6. Knowledge of healthcare industry and recruiting trends. 7. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills. 10. Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures. 11. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hourly laws. 12. Knowledge of staffing and employment practices and applicable law.

IV. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. National Association for Health Care Recruitment Certification and/or Certified Health Care Recruiter
