What You’ll Do:

Visit busy local areas to talk to potential candidates Set up job booths and attend local community events Hand out flyers and build connections with schools and organizations Do quick screenings and help people apply on the spot Work with the recruiting team to move candidates through the process Track your results and support hiring goals with our operations team

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Experience in outreach, recruiting, or field sales (preferred) Comfortable using technology and applicant tracking systems (like Bullhorn) Strong communication and people skills Able to work independently and stay organized Available to travel frequently in the area (up to 95%) Authorized to work in the U.S. (We E-Verify) Physically able to walk, stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and adapt to different environments
