Position Overview We are seeking a personable, self-motivated Part-Time Recruiter to grow our team of volunteer medical, dental, and legal professionals. This role involves engaging with healthcare and legal offices, clinics, and professional networks to share the mission of our ministry and invite qualified individuals to serve. Key Responsibilities Visit medical, dental, and legal practices to promote volunteer opportunities and build relationships with professionals and office managers. Represent the ministry at professional gatherings, association meetings, community events, and mission-focused events. Network with healthcare and legal professionals who may be interested in short-term or long-term volunteer opportunities. Deliver clear and compelling presentations on the mission and impact of our ministry. Provide informational materials and follow-up support to potential volunteers. Maintain an organized database of contacts and leads; track outreach activities and follow-ups. Collaborate with the Executive Director to align recruitment efforts with ministry needs. Reflect and uphold the Christian mission and values of the organization in all external interactions. Qualifications A committed Christian who aligns with the values and mission of Mission First. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence. Experience in recruitment, outreach, sales, or relationship-building roles preferred. Familiarity with the healthcare or legal profession is strongly preferred. Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a flexible, field-based schedule. Ability and willingness to travel locally to professional practices and events. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Hours & Compensation 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, based on outreach opportunities and appointments.
