Job Summary As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of our Human Resources team working onsite at the Blue Mountain, MS Manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for Talent Acquisition processes while factoring in the long-term goals of the organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative strategies, such as our brandling initiative, to build pipeline for potential talent. Handles full life cycle recruitment providing a full range of day-to-day Talent Acquisition support including staffing, onboarding activities, teammate relations and retention. Responsible for sourcing and recruiting salaried and hourly teammates including entry-level through senior management.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles.
Screen candidates to assess suitability for current and future positions.
Develop, implement, and maintain hiring, retention, and succession data.
Work closely with the HRIS Manager to collect and coordinate data talent pool translating data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels. Help identify key motivators against competitors.
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
Conduct presentations, training, and business cases.
Assist HR team as needed including HR projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 – 5 years of experience with talent/resource management.
Experience with creative sourcing of Salaried and Hourly candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced Manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Great communication skills, articulate and ready to take charge of the situation.
Recruiting metrics creation and maintenance strongly preferred
Expertise in full-cycle recruiting
Proficiency with handling hard to close candidates in a competitive market.
Experience or exposure recruiting from trade schools and local community organizations.
Manufacturing Recruiting experience, especially in adverse conditions strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and operate with strong ethical capacity.

Compensation Salary Range:
$62,627 – $78,203 Benefits 401(k) with 6% match (Fully Vested at 2 Years)
