Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the onboarding of new hires through coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Ensure that all necessary employment documents are collected, verified, and stored securely. Conduct initial screenings of candidates to ensure proper fit to company standards and job requirements. Assist with both hourly and strategic recruitment tasks, such as reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and scheduling interviews with Managers and Supervisors. Support retention strategies by maintaining employee engagement programs and monitoring key metrics. Ensure that all employee and applicant documentation, as required by governing agencies, is maintained consistently and accurately. Effectively source qualified candidates for mid to senior-level roles within the manufacturing sector using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough background checks and verification processes to ensure the suitability and reliability of candidates. Provide and manage data and analytics related to recruitment activities in spreadsheets for reporting and strategic planning. Utilize ADP for recruitment processes and candidate tracking.
