R E Q U I R E M E N T S

1 yr managerial experience Experience with tracking systems and spreadsheets/excel. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be able to communicate in Spanish/English Hardworking, detail-oriented, conscientious team player Ability to multi-task, and successfully prioritize tasks throughout the workday Ability to adapt in a fluid climate

F UN C T I O N S

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews Provide candidates with detailed interview information on the phone and via email Conduct phone screens with candidates Maintain employee files and Candidates pool. Update database with candidate information Provide new employees with onboarding paperwork and instructions administrative support to Account Supervisors, this may include assisting in the orientation of new employees, explaining the requirements of work shifts and hours, as well as training new employees on systems or programs used to report work hours. May also receive workers’ compensation information to appropriately facilitate staff scheduling, then forward the information to human resources, Payroll report, and timekeeping maintenance.

W O R K I N G S C H E D U L E

Although may work a typical work week, must be willing to work outside normal hours in order to meet deadlines and goals and some evening work may be needed as well. #IND
