We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hiring Manager to lead recruitment efforts and attract top talent across multiple roles, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), administrative staff, and other roles as needed.
Position Overview:
The Hiring Manager will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various positions to support our growing team. This role involves attending job fairs, establishing relationships with colleges and schools, and utilizing job portals and social media platforms to recruit top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person and virtual interviews for BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, administrative staff, and other roles as needed. Represent Autism Center of Excellence at job fairs, college recruitment events, and networking opportunities. Build relationships with universities and training programs to promote job opportunities and recruit interns. Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates. Maintain a candidate database and actively follow up with potential hires. Work closely with HR and leadership to align hiring strategies with company goals and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives. Proficiency in using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn) and social media platforms for recruitment. Ability to travel locally to job fairs, universities, and networking events.
