We are seeking a dedicated and experienced InternalRecruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Recruiterwill be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualifiedcandidates for various positions within our organization. The idealcandidate will have a degree and a minimum of two years ofrecruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturingindustry.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various channels to source potential candidates,including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms,and networking events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates forcurrent and future job openings. Review resumes and applications to identify suitablecandidates. Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assesscandidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers anddepartment heads. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offeracceptance. Ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, adhering tocompany policies and procedures. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activitiesand progress to the HR Manager. Promote the company’s employer brand through variousrecruitment marketing initiatives. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and otherrecruitment activities. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffingneeds and requirements. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on bestpractices for interviewing and candidate selection. Maintain clear and effective communication with candidatesthroughout the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws andregulations. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records andrecruitment documentation.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, preferablywithin the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiringqualified candidates.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and otherrecruitment software.
