The Talent AcquisitionPartner actively seeks diverse talent and collaborates with HRBusiness Partners and leadership to fulfill hiring needs acrossregions. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitmentcycle-from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews andextending offers-ensuring a positive candidate experience fromstart to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative,service-oriented, and an effective communicator across allorganizational levels.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporatesetting. 3+ years working with ATS systems (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiterexperience preferred). 2+ years recruiting for an AEC organization. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or relatedfield, or 8 years of equivalent experience, including at least 7years of relevant prior experience.
