We need an individual of highly specialized and talented sourcing skills who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for potential candidates seeking job placement. Our HR Coordinator/Recruiter must have extensive experience working with outside advertising providers, particularly in the warehousing industries.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.

Responsibilities:
Work with our team and staffing vacancies to identify new talent for job placement.
Review and analyze resumes using our in-house software program and other forums Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally Interview potential candidates using industry-standard techniques.
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job.
Job Requirements:
Recruiter skills 3+ years’ recruiting experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in warehouse industry recruiting
Effective negotiating skills Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%) Working knowledge of the warehousing industry College education preferred.
