Previous experience in clinical trials or recruitment (pharmaceutical sponsored) required. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients, physicians, and sponsors. The job requires attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to work irregular hours as necessary. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of electronic data capture systems and electronic case report forms a plus. The applicant should meet multiple deadlines for concurrent projects and have the clinical knowledge and assessment skills to provide age-appropriate care for protocol requirements.
