Travel to job fairs and Universities is occasionally required. You can probably expect to not be “in the office” 50% of the time. You will review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program, interview potential candidates and hire the best prospects. The job also includes introducing new hires to the company through onboarding and orientation as well as serving as an employee advocate for all employees (including following up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition to our “team” approach). The position is not just about placing people into jobs, it’s about headhunting the right BCBAs and building relationships to find the perfect job for them and their skillset. The recruiter will provide weekly staffing updates via reporting and tracking. Requirements Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis preferred Active BCBA license from BACB Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Effective negotiating skills Experience with applicant tracking software programs preferred Ability to do on-site clinic tours for new staff when possible Ability to travel to and engage in career fairs to engage potential candidates Engage in meetings to be aware of current staffing needs and report on KPIs weekly Why Join Us?
