We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent to support our expanding clinics.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter with at least 5 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically in recruiting Physical Therapists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier physical therapy professionals to join our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the physical therapy industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top Physical Therapists and support staff. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit for Compleat Rehab’s culture and clinical needs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, job fairs, online platforms, and industry events. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. Maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry contacts to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and maintain accurate records. Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on recruiting Physical Therapists (preferred). Strong knowledge of the physical therapy industry, including licensing requirements and credentialing processes. Proven track record of successfully hiring Physical Therapists in a competitive job market. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Experience utilizing ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Why Join Us?
