Essential Responsibilities:
Strategizes, develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the sales/recruitment process. Including all aspects of sales, recruiting, screening, interviews, , background checks and orientations. Implements policy, procedures and customized client orientations. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements 3-5 years of sales and recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office packages including Word and Excel. Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of personnel administration and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work and relate well with all levels within the company; to assist in various departments as needed to help the overall success of the company.
