Position Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our Greensboro team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and eager to support our recruitment efforts while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates in both English and Spanish using various platforms and outreach methods Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including onboarding and compliance Prepare interview questions and assessments; conduct phone, in-person, and virtual interviews Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to improve hiring processes Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting support or training Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs Ensure all candidate communications are timely, professional, and align with company values Stay up-to-date with employment laws and HR best practices throughout the hiring process Build talent pipelines by nurturing relationships with past applicants and passive candidates

Qualifications & Preferences:

Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required Prior recruiting or staffing experience is a plus Prior Customer Service-Account Management experience is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing platforms Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proactive, goal-oriented, and dependable-Required Apply today and be part of a team that values quality, growth, and making a positive impact every day!
