Summary We are growing and seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist who is innovative, celebrates diversity, enjoys connection and is enthusiastic about quality and safety to join our team. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home three (3) days a week, with two (2) days in our office for collaboration and team engagement (after a successful 90-day employment). The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both administrative/shared services roles and clinical positions, supporting our mission to hire top talent across the organization. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and leveraging multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, niche forums) to identify and engage high-quality, passive candidates in competitive markets. Promote the company’s mission and vision and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement throughout the process. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for administrative, shared services; support for clinical roles as needed. Determine if a candidate would be a good fit by assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best match open position/s based on applications, resumes/CVs and interviews. Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate the interview process and make hiring recommendations to Clinical Directors and other hiring managers (depending on state workflow). Participate in job/career fairs/hiring events. Provide daily/weekly staffing updates via reporting, tracking and leading meetings. Meet a minimum of 80% meaningful productivity/utilization rate per day. Meet hiring goals and KPIs. Complete special projects as needed/assigned. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 + years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the ABA or healthcare field Demonstrated ability working with ATSs and sourcing platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable in fast-paced work environment; must be flexible and adaptable to change.
