The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle while effectively communicating with candidates in both English and Spanish. This role requires a strong understanding of internal recruiting processes and the ability to foster relationships with potential hires. The Bilingual Recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture. Develop training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance. Stay informed about employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes. Assist in contract negotiations and onboarding processes for new employees.
