Contract Recruiter 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28216 Gather candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process. Provide company information to candidates and appropriately sell the value proposition of the company experience. Proven passive recruiting skills, i.e. cold calling, success building pipelines and employment branding. Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships. Ensure a positive and connected candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition Process. Self-motivated, strong time management, and organization skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience. Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry Proficient in the
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with Applicant Tracking software. Experience utilizing the Indeed platform for posting/hiring is also preferred.
