Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Charlotte, NC. Interested? Here’s what you’d do: In this role, you support recruitment efforts for the manufacturing plant. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to manage the recruiting process from end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing prospective employees, and evaluating candidates.
Gather candidate feedback from the interview team and lead the final assessment and selection process.
Provide company information to candidates and appropriately sell the value proposition of the company experience.
Proven passive recruiting skills, cold calling, success building pipelines, and employment branding.
Ensure a positive and connected candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition Process. Here’s what you’ll get:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Applicant Tracking software. Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
