As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Dentist & Hygienist Recruiter to join our team.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a full-time recruiter with proven experience in dental recruitment, specifically for dentist and dental hygienist roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying, sourcing, and hiring high-quality clinicians. While the main focus will be on recruiting dentists and hygienists, you will also help screen resumes for front desk and dental assistant candidates—though interviewing for those roles will not be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview qualified dentists and dental hygienists across the U.S. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical providers and their onboarding/credentialing if applicable Post for all open positions in the company on job sites, along with evaluating and sorting resumes for front office and dental assistant roles as needed Build strong relationships with dental schools and professional networks Represent our organization at dental school events and career fairs Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategies Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting Source temporary Hygienists and Dentists for the company and collaborate with our temp agency

Requirements:

Previous dental recruiting experience is required (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong understanding of dental roles and terminology Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness and ability to travel periodically (school visits, team meetings, etc.) Based in the
