As we expand our operations in Charlotte, we’re seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to help us grow our workforce by identifying top-tier talent in key roles, including machine operators , electricians , and quality supervisors .
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview skilled trades candidates for manufacturing roles. Develop recruiting strategies for high-demand positions in operations, electrical work, and quality control. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans. Build talent pipelines through job fairs, trade schools, community programs, and online platforms. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Maintain detailed candidate records and hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or skilled trades. Familiarity with industrial roles such as electricians, machine operators, and quality control. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Workable). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial job functions. Prior experience working with union or non-union labor is a bonus.
